    Top marketing coach, Giselle Ugarte is a disruptor within the real estate industry (and damn proud of it). She’s worked with every major brokerage and coached tens of thousands of experts within the field on how to develop scalable, personality-driven brands— online and offline. Her videos and especially those of her clients have garnered hundreds of millions of views.

    She started creating online video content and working with brands more than 10 years ago, diving headfirst into influencer marketing before “influencer” was a known term, developed marketing category or job title. It paved the way to become one of the first “real-life” faces of brands, like COVERGIRL and Proactiv+, and a writer, producer and LIVE television host for networks, like E!, ESPNU, LATV, The Today Show and more (and during a time when all of it was moving to digital and mobile).

    Most recently, she brought her focus to the other side of the camera, as well as campaigns, leading strategic communication and (organic and influencer) marketing at a national advertising agency, and eventually moving on to focus on keynote speaking and start her own personal brand consultancy, Action-Forward Communication, which focuses on high-performance video coaching (even TikTok has brought her in to train their community of top creators).

    All of her experiences and, especially, her heart-centered connections with friends, partners and clients, are what led to the organic creation of the Talent Brokerage. She truly believes in the potential of every single human on the roster as a driving force to make the industry better and create a ripple effect of inspiration, education and wealth beyond the stage.

    Justine is the digital backbone of the Talent Brokerage, crafting all internal systems and external functions of the bureau, while making it all look as beautifully designed as possible.

    After graduating from Augsburg University with a degree in Business Management, Justine started her career in finance. In need of a change in scenery, Justine was introduced to Giselle through a mutual friend, and was offered a position on the team shortly after meeting.

    In her free time you can catch Justine exploring the city with her dog Delilah. She also loves seeing live music and stand up, laughing with friends, and spending time with her family.
